Overview	After watching an episode of NY CSI, I wondered if the story of the Secret Track 61 was real. Well, I guess it is. This video explains the use of Track 61 with the President of the United States. The only thing I don't understand is which car is down there. U.S. Car No. 1 is in Florida at the Gold Coast Museum. Car at Track 61

NYC truly does have a forgotten underground system of abandoned and unused tunnels, mostly from early railroad days. Good fiction plots are based on real areas and many writers have used the backdrop of the NY underground systems in their novels to enhance the plot. The car underground at track 61 is likely just the one that carried his limo, not the Pullman car.
