Here is an idea for a mining project. This incline, built in the 1870s, features two large wagons, each providing a level surface on which small quarry wagons can sit.

Overview
Here's an idea if you are looking for a mining project for your railroad. I've included a link to Dave Bodnars article for his incline trolley. The video will change to color after the 2:11 mark.

Caernarfon, Wales - The V2 incline, was restored to working order in 2001 by the National Slate Museum, with support from the Heritage Lottery Fund. It uses the same gravity-powered funicular principle as the Garret Side incline. The museum occasionally demonstrates the V2 incline in operation.
