Overview
I couldn't tell if they misaligned the turntable or just pulled the Steamer off the track with too much side pull. They do get back on the track and try all over again.
Once they get it rolling toward the roundhouse, you can see the look on their faces when they realize they don't have a plan to stop it. Unfortunately, the film stops before the climatic ending that we can only assume happens.
