OverviewIn Part 1, the mistakes made by the previous contractor are pointed out. Not only did the contractor install things incorrectly, when the homeowner called them back a year later, he proceeded to make things worse.

Getting three estimates and references are a good guideline to use when using contractors. Is pride in the job performed a thing of the past? At times it may seem so. Remember, if it's too good to be true; then it's too god to be true.
