OverviewYou will watch this more than once because you can't believe it happened the first time. Why would someone do this to his trains? I have no idea.

I think I will send them an email and have them send me any other engines they don't like before they are destroyed.

Corn Field Meet
Peter, I agree with you. Include my name to this guy for disposing of unwanted locomotives and rolling stock.

Reminds me of the old county fair events where two 1:1 scale trains would be collided head-on for the amusement of fair goers.

I Agree
Geoff,

Exactly what I thought. I had already used that in previous videos. Didn't want to repeat myself.

WHY NOT??
Geoff, that was the exact theme in mind when I shot this video. It's not like they are $2500 MTHs or LGB locos. They are junk Big Haulers with bad gears and weak motors. I had to work most of the day to resurrect them enough just to make the shot.

Peter, please cut me some slack. It was done for fun and from all the responses received I'd say most agree with me. Didn't you ever put fire crackers in your model planes? LOL!!

For those who are mourning the loss of two 'great' locos, let me tell you that both are still in use. Using both I made a battery only powered out of the Santa Fe and the yellow one is now the remnants of a mythical 'head on' and resides proudly, half submerged in my pond below the bridge abutment.

Firecrackers
Phil,

Did put firecrackers with a fuse on kites and blew them up over the neighbors house. I still hurt.

I did like the videos.
