as long as there is some control over one train meeting another as seems to be the case in watching this, no problem AND it is not running 90 MPH !!!! I like it ... wish I had the ability to build something like that ...

An Ounce of Prevention.....
Maybe he could plant some foam rubber plants under the tracks? And if you are nervous think how the people living in the buildings underneath the track feel.
