Sometimes those special layouts get built. An abundance of time, energy, ability and money are all that you might need to complete the task. This was a compilation of all of those ingredients.

OverviewThere are a lot of us out there with "THE LAYOUT" floating around in our brain. Time, room, skill set or money limits how much of "THE LAYOUT" we build. Lucky for us there are people out there that are able to put a lot of the ingredients together to build their layout.

The Old Spanish Trail layout is a great railroad to watch and get ideas. Lots of bridges and trains. I feel good because this layout and mine have the same "Blue Streak" Transformer for power. I thought I had the only one.

Nice Layout
That's a nice layout. I like the track plan, and having more than one level adds interest. By the way, Jon, I thought I was the only one with a Blue Streak until I saw yours in some photos. I've had it for a long time and it's been a good power pack, but it can't handle even one big power hog train.
