Watching completed railroad videos are fun but how did they go from terrain to train? Here are some sequence photos that explain one portion of this nice looking layout.

Overview
We all know a lot of hard work goes into our railroads. What people see is the finished product. This video shows a small portion of the work involved.
Oh, and at some point there was enough time to build a very large trestle.

Fantastic video with a professional look to everything including the background music.. What a feat! Incredible! Most people don't think of taking the time as the progress goes along, but what an accomplishment when it is all finished.. Would like to know "where" this is?

An amazing video. Loved the progression to each view. I am curious why so much stones and gravel.

Luv to have as a neighbour !
Fantastic lookin' empire they have developed over time ! I don't think I saw some right-a-way even near the end that is occupied with rail yet .. more updates to come ??!
Nice to see someone else thought of before-during 'action' shots ... too many people when they see a layout they wrongly presume it was/can be done in a less than a week/month. When the occasion arises I pull out my photoalbum which is before-during-after ....

Magnificent Presentation DO NOT MISS
This was a magnificent presentation of going from zero on a garden railroad to an astounding establishment. But, why did the trains not run the rails?

AWSOME!
Have I ever got my work cut out for me! I am just starting out and now realize that my vision may have been a bit too small...
