Consult with Swiss Judges on this one

Peter: I believe that instead of Swedish Judges, you need to consult with Swiss Judjes on this one to discuss how many PIC points above 300 to award this railroad. This viaduct is remarkable. It has obviously been in place for a while, but you don't see signs of concrete spalling, or cracking, or othere signs of degradation. I would love to know how he fabricated his viaduct!
