Overview
After watching this video for 30 seconds, I forgot I was watching a Garden Train and not riding a real steamer.
This is a nice work train but the bigger picture is how great this layout is. Trees, rocks and bridges all lend themselves to the realistic setting.

Gardenbahn
It appears this RR is in Spreenhagen, Germany - near Berlin. In addition to being a fantastic railroad, the videos are really well done. You can find a lot more of this RR by searching "Gartenbahn Spur G" on YouTube. Vol. 6 is an interesting video done as an old black & white newsreel.
The thing that makes this look so real is the smoothness of the track. There's no lurching side-to-side. Considering how much track there is, this is very well built and maintained.
