Overview

Next year will be the golden anniversary of work starting on the ten-and-a-quarter-inch system. Dads could lay a track in their back garden and then climb aboard their own electrically powered locomotive to ferry their family from the kitchen to the garden shed.

But the system was short-lived. It only lasted two years when bosses realized they had made a mistake. Mike, a paramedic from Berkshire, runs the TMNR Society and is searching for people who either bought the trains or helped to build them.
