Garden Hill, Manitoba - A railway dubbed the Cleveland
Pendock Railway (CPR), featuring 400 feet of track, miniature villages and
garden scale trains, opens to the public Aug. 18 for the fundraiser, said
Cleveland Pendock, who set up the railway on his property. Toot For Music will
raise money for the Northumberland Hills Music Festival, a non-profit
organization chaired by Dianne Pendock. Ms. Pendock created the miniature
villages and her brother, Tony Deveau, an engineer, did the electrical work, |
