Author  Bio Walt and Carolyn Pries, of Ottawa, will open their train layout to anyone who likes to watch trains in action from 1 to 4 p.m. Sunday, Sept. 30th.

Ottawa, IL - Walt and Carolyn Pries, of Ottawa, will open their train layout to anyone who likes to watch trains in action from 1 to 4 p.m. Sunday, Sept. 30, at their home, 821 Tomahawk Drive, three blocks north of Shepherd Middle School.

The couple has a 6-by-36-foot layout that can run two trains and new trolley. It also features several dioramas, including a new setup depicting local businesses.

Any donations received at this year's event will be donated to Red Stocking. For more information, call 815-431-1087
