Overview	Sun City West, AZ - Before long, blueprints, dreams and hard work will give way to a long-anticipated sound: the "chug-chug" of a garden-scale railroad making its way around a portion of Sun City West's Beardsley Park. During the summer, Rec Centers' workers graded and prepped an open area, approximately 15-feet across and 44-feet deep. "It's not going to be 'wimpy' layout. The Rec Centers asked for a five-year plan, what we envision for the future,"  Bob Rose said. "A lot more will start happening in October, when the winter people come back."
