Overview	Some 10 years ago, Willis and Dottie Fagg thought they might like having a model railroad running around the backyard of their east side home. The layout of about 350 feet of track is among eight stops on the annual Rails in the Garden Tour next weekend that's put on by the Tucson Garden Railway Society.
