No Sale Prices on shopping cart

Tried to place order however price never changed when entering item in shopping cart. Keeps showing MSRP with no discount and wants to charge shipping as well. What's up?

40% Discount

Just talked to Scott Polk. You WILL NOT see your discount on the screen. It will be taken prior to your Credit Card being charged. I would call or check your CC online to make sure it was processed correctly if you are in doubt.

The Phone number works. I get a voice that says, "nobody can answer phone, good-by" My guess is everybody plus the kitchen sink is packing boxes.

Well, I'm keeping a close watch on my account but I want to think the best about Aristo. They are probably overwhelmed at this point. I don't think they are trying to rip anyone off, however they need to work on their software issues.

I just purchased something so I could track the charge. I don't think anyone buys direct from Aristocraft on a daily basis, so for a one day sale, we have to give a little. If anyone has a problem when it is all said and done please let me know.

My CC got charged the full amount; if I don't see a credit by Friday AM, I call the credit card company to cancel and start fraud alert. These people are out of control.

Bob, I have sent your concern to Scott. The way most credit card companies work is your account is held for the amount charged, but the charge is held in a pending mode. Until the vendor confirms the charge, no monies change hands. My Credit Card also has the full amount charged but shows pending. Until it moves out of the pending I have no concern.

To All: Airstocraft Trains sent an email out on Feb 27 about THEIR sale to everyone who is a member of their user group. Since we are members we reported it on the website within hours on Monday.
