    cars/ pulling power
I have a question regarding pulling power of engines vs cars being pulled . I have noticed that

while my layout is pretty ground level wise, no rises etc ., I cannot seem to pull more than MAYBE one car in addition to a caboose. I use several different engines - Piko - Bachmann etc -- yet if there is a .00000000005 little rise in the track, a LOT of wheels spin and does not wanna go until it might hit a spot that goes slightly downhill.... but there is not much downhill OR uphill.... help ?????
