Author  Bio
I was going to build an HO layout in my garage until I saw a Tucson Garden Railroad Society display at our county fair. I was hooked after that.

Born: December 5, 1950 in Cincinnati Ohio. In the Army from 1970 to 1973 (stationed in Germany for 17 months) Graduated from the University of Cincinnati in 1979 with a Bachelors degree in Electrical Engineering. I'm an Engineer for Raytheon Missile Systems. I live in Tucson Arizona. Like most, I received my first train as a kid, back in 1959, it is a Lionel O gauge train and I still have the train. My outdoor layout is called the Fenceline RailRoad. I started construction in Feb 1996 (I was going to build an HO layout in my garage until I saw a Tucson Garden Railroad Society display at our county fair. I was hooked after that). Outdoor Layout is approx. 600' of track. Three bridges, mining operations, four switched selectable from the control console on the patio, various plants and lights for night viewing. 80 feet of track circles the garage, just above door level.
