Author  Bio I started in G scale back in 1987 when I bought an LGB western starter set for my son Ryan for Christmas.

I started in G scale back in 1987 when I bought an LGB western starter set for my son Ryan for Christmas. I joined the LGB Model Railroad Club in 1988 and I am currently Eastern Director. I've been writing articles for the club's magazine, Big Train Operator, titled "Modular Moments" and "Dave's Corner" since 1998.

I am co-founder, along with Bob Gentile, of the Central Connecticut G Gauger's Module Group, which displays at train shows in Connecticut, as well as, the ECLSTS.
