Perfect evergreen conifer form along with slow growth makes it an excellent choice for a garden train setting.

Probably one of the most commonly used dwarf conifers used on outdoor large scale train layouts.  It's compact growth habit and slow growth rate makes it easy to use to represent some larger spruce relatives in the true landscape.

* The use of insecticidal soap on a regular basis to control spider mites is recommended.
